1. By ordering GreenClean LLC. (GC) by telephone, e-mail or web site the client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of GC
2. All costs for cleaning services carried out on a one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis should be paid via clickbank (paypal) online invoice (accepts major credit cards and ACH transfers) upon completion of the work. Other arrangements (i.e. cash/check or payment plans) must be made specifically with the GreenClean LLC.
3. The client will be responsible for all bank and legal charges resulting from a declined transaction, expired card, or other bank/credit errors.

5. The client accepts and understands that if something is damaged, broken or stolen and cannot be replaced with a new one, the client will be credited with the cash value of the items. That includes, for example; items of sentimental value, art, antiques, etc.
6. In the event of lost keys GC will reimburse all costs of changing locks from an invoice provided by the client
7. All damages, breakage or theft must be reported within 24 hours of our cleaning services date, otherwise the claim will be invalid.
8. Any poor service must be reported within 24hours of our service date. GC will reschedule another free of charge cleaning within 5 business days.
9. Once a subscription (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) cleaning service is started – the contractual price stands for the period of one calendar year.
10. Services canceled not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of the cleaning (excluding holidays/weekends) will be billed a $50 cancellation fee. Upon-arrival cancellations (meaning we arrive at the home without any notice of cancellation and are unable to enter) and cancellations of within 24hrs will be billed a $100 cancellation fee. Late payments are subject to a 12% per 360 days late fee and will be turned over to collections after 45 days.
11. The minimum charge for cleaning is the rate x number of cleaners x 2 hours.
12. GC has the right to terminate the service agreement by giving four weeks advance notice.
13. GC has the right to select and/or change the cleaner or cleaning team that will be sent to your home.
14. In the event that something prevents us from showing up for one of our cleaning sessions, you will receive 50% off your next cleaning.
15. The client accepts and understands that all GC cleaners are subject to traffic/road/weather conditions, and any delay in start time due to those conditions is excusable.
16. The client is responsible for providing a vacuum for GC cleaner(s) to use unless specified by the client.
17. GreenClean LLC. Ltd. reserves the right not to be responsible for any damages caused by lack of special instructions provided by the client. (i.e. specific treatment of special household items, surfaces. Etc.)
18. GreenClean LLC. Ltd. will not be responsible for failing to remove old permanent stains that cannot be removed using normal cleaning materials and techniques.
19. GC will not be responsible for discolouring of fabrics that become more visible once soil has been removed.
20. The client is not allowed to employ any GC cleaners for at least 6 months after the termination of services by GreenClean LLC. Ltd.
21. Working with GreenClean LLC. Ltd. is based on trust. Both the client and GC are obligated not to disclouse any confidential information about each other to a third party.
22. I have received a copy of these Terms and Conditions which I have read and understood. I agree that these Terms and Conditions form the basis of my contract with GreenClean LLC. Ltd.
23. Legal action will be taken immediately against any person who breaches these terms and conditions.
